Events and Meets

 Team Shift and Selva Racing often hold meets and appear at popular custom car events such as Hot Import Nights, Night Shift, SpoCom, Formula D, D-1 Drift, and many others. Aside from the Team Shift events, we also are happy to be associated with the Southern California Altima club, part of  NissanClub.com(originally altmas.net).

  We run track days at Irwindale raceway. Drift or just see what your car does on the track. no worries about red and blue lights in your rearview here. Just drive and have fun, the safe way.  

Summer Install Meets

We hold install meets every summer, where anyone that wants to, may simply show up with the parts they want installed. We will install your parts free of labor charge, but there are two simple rules.    1) You MUST help and learn as we work on your car; Even if you think you know nothing about fixing cars, you WILL learn as we show you what we do to add that performance part to your car. Even if you help by handing us wrenches or help by cleaning up, you must participate.    2) You must bring FOOD! Yes, we all must eat, so everyone is asked to bring something. we know times are tight, so if everyone brigns a little something, we can all feast! Burger patties, bottled water, soda, chips, dip, buns, cake, chicken wings or even a pack of napkins or plastic forks, it all makes for a great day! Formula D Irwindale 2011

The last round of the season: "Judgement Day"

October 8th and 9th, at Toyota Speedway of Irwindale. This is the last round in the Formula D 2009 series. Come out and see the finals of a great season of drifting at the best venue to watch drifting, know to the pros as "The House of Drift"! HOPEFULLY, Selva Racing will  be attending this event with a booth and car display. Its a little early to say, but if all things go well this summer you will see us there. Check back here for updates.

Weekly Nissan Meet Mon.

We hold weekly meets on Monday nights in Downey, California. It strted as a weekly Nissan meet for Team Shift, but as time has evolved, we now have seen attendees show up in Mitsubishis, Subarus, Lexus, Toyotas, even Hyundais and Pontiacs! So if you are into cars, and want to hang with people that love cars too, drop on by.  Usually info can be found on the Team Shift and Nissan Club forums. The only thing we ask is: No burnouts or revving engines, no racing, no loud stereos.

Friday Night Lexus Meet

 Club Lexus Members host a Friday Night Meet in Arcadia, Ca at 9:30pm.  This meet is really cool. It seems at the shopping center near the Tea House, there is also a group of Porsche owners and a separate group or club of BMW M3 owners that also meet on Fridays. So the lot is full of really nice rides! On rare occaisions the location may change, but info is available on ClubLexus.com under So Cal meets.
